  1. Your post was interesting to read. It caught my attention because I remember when I first discovered AOL Instant Messenger and Chat rooms. It was fun, sometimes, to be another person. I like your commentary on what is truth. It coincides with some of the things we've talked about in class: credibility. I found as well when I was introduced to the internet, I wanted to believe everything I read, as well. Now, however, that I have gotten to have more interaction with the internet I have found that you can't always take everything posted there as truth. I think if you continue to focus your essay on truth and the complexities of finding truth online you'll have a good narrative. I think it might be interesting to discuss a little more about the credibility as well as it works with the truth. Good Job!

  2. I am assuming that this is not finished yet. I liked the jocular tone of the narrative, especially describing the early computers as present with dinosaurs and the Big Bang. The informal tone carried my interest along. All it needs now is the next anecdote and a conclusion.

  4. The first part of your post reminded me of when i first discovered chat rooms as well. The last part of it I couldn't find the connection you were trying to make with your overall digital media experience (unfinished?). For the most part i thought the entry was well written for the most part. I would like to see how you tie everything together.
